One Bottle Dry White Wine
One Bottle Medium White Wine
To be presented in a clear white glass wine bottle with a ‘T’ shaped cork.
No label on bottle, except the exhibitor’s number supplied by the show committee.
The two dry classes are for wines suitable to be drunk with a meal, i.e. dinner wines.
A short note with the wine giving main ingredients and time taken to mature to be displayed after judging.
